Granny's Noodles
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
3 tablespoons melted margarine
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Mix, roll out thin on your counter or table, cut…a pizza cutter works super for this. These noodles do not have to dry, you can cut them and throw them right into the boiling broth, or you can let them sit a while, it doesn't matter. I cut these noodles very thin, cause they do puff up when cooked.
